The Frankie Shop offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
